Life & Wellbeing Coach

Who am I?
People would describe me as kind, compassionate and empathetic. I care deeply about the wellbeing of others and love having the opportunity to help create change in people’s lives. My natural curiosity and a desire to help motivate and inspire others led me from the corporate world into coaching where I am my happiest self. People tell me I can combine the practical element of coaching and behaviour change with the more holistic side of wellbeing effectively.

My Approach

My coaching is a personalised holistic approach. A whole life, mind and body combination. We start with an overview of where a person is and where they desire to be. Experience has taught me there is no one approach that works for everyone, each person needs a unique formulation, something designed for them in order to start creating momentum, then change that can last.

I incorporate different modalities into my coaching, things like the psychology of behaviour change, mindful movement, clinical hypnotherapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, neuroscience, yoga and mobility. Sometimes I use only one of these, sometimes a mix of all of them, depending on what the client needs.

Clients come to me for many reasons: common ones being stress, anxiety, a feeling of being stuck, lacking motivation, having lost themselves, post redundancy confusion, low mood, lacking confidence, not knowing who they are, imposter syndrome and much more.

My passion is helping people reach their personal potential. My mission is to help people realise it is possible, when they see that, it’s the start of their journey.

Experience and Training

I hold a BA (Hons) from The University of the West of Scotland, after graduating I entered the corporate world, where I remained for over 20 years. This gave me incredible experience in a wide range of sectors and gave me space to learn, grow and develop.

In 2020, I started my Life Coaching training which then led me into other compatible modalities, such as Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Psychology and Wellness Coaching.

I am now qualified as a Life Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher (200YTT) Breathwork & Mediation teacher (50YTT) and Wellness Coach. I am also studying with Kings College London at the moment to achieve an MSc in Psychology, Neuroscience and Mental Health.
