Menopause - The Man’s Perspective Workshop

Menopause - The Man’s Perspective

***Breaking Barriers***

Despite being a natural and universal process, menopause tends to be a hidden topic of conversation for men, often dismissed as a "woman problem." However, the impact of this significant life transition on both women and men is profound and far-reaching. In recent years, there has been increased awareness and support for women experiencing perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms. However, the role of men in understanding, empathising, and supporting their partners, colleagues, and loved ones during this phase is often overlooked.
