My Approach

Unlocking Potential with Openness, Challenge, Courage, Loyalty, and Fun is how I approach Coaching.

Openness - In a world where transparency and authenticity are essential, I thrive on the power of openness. I'm committed to building relationships based on trust and honesty, ensuring that you feel comfortable sharing your challenges and dreams. Together, we'll create an environment where ideas flow freely, and solutions take shape organically.

Challenge - I firmly believe that growth happens at the edge of your comfort zone. As your coach, I'll challenge you to think differently, to see opportunities in obstacles, and to embrace change with open arms. With me by your side, you'll push your limits, break through barriers, and reach new heights in your business endeavours.

Courage - Success often requires courage, and I'm here to support you in developing the bravery needed to take bold steps. We'll face your fears head-on, transforming them into stepping stones towards your goals. Together, we'll turn obstacles into opportunities, and challenges into triumphs.

Loyalty - I'm committed to being your loyal partner throughout the process. I'm not just your coach; I'm your advocate, confidant, and champion. With unwavering loyalty, I'm here to celebrate your wins, stand by you through setbacks, and ensure your path to success is navigated with dedication.

Fun - Life is too short not to enjoy the journey. That's why I believe in infusing fun into the learning process. We'll work hard, but we'll also celebrate small victories, find joy in the process, and keep a smile on our faces. Business coaching with me is not only productive but also an enjoyable adventure.

By gaining and understanding of the level of individuality within each and every person and recognising ‘one size does not fit all’, I use a strengths-based approach to unlock clients’ unique blend of skills and strengths. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, reflecting on progress and holding accountability, clients are then able to move forward and live the life they deserve.

Experience and Training

I have an ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring Certificate, ensuring that my coaching methods are backed by industry-standard expertise. This qualification equips me with the knowledge and skills to help you succeed.

I'm here to help you on your journey to success, with a passion for fostering growth and a commitment to your aspirations. Coaching will empower you to identify your own goals, overcome challenges and move forward. While the focus is your career success that often involves also assessing how the rest of your world supports or detracts from your workplace performance.

Addiction

Why addiction affects us all

Fully four hundred years ago, the acclaimed poet John Donne wrote: ‘No man is an island’. Certainly, Donne’s’ piece from 1624 applies equally in modern times, but to rely solely on that as a response to the statement ‘Why addiction affects us all’ could be considered a little trite at least, but it does provide an interesting viewpoint from which to begin the discussion.
